Lead logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations for an FMCG and beverage business in Doha.
Manage operations across three to four warehouses while maintaining service levels and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Experience managing multiple warehouses and inventory operations.
- Strong experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Prior beverage company experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch, and stock control across three to four warehouses.
- Ensure warehouse utilization, inventory accuracy, product availability, and efficient stock movement.
- Plan transportation and distribution for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Optimize delivery schedules, routes, fleet utilization, and transportation capacity.
- Manage transporters, third-party logistics providers, and external logistics partners.
- Monitor logistics and warehouse KPIs, service performance, productivity, fulfillment, and costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Finance.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and inventory practices.
- Maintain warehouse SOPs, operational controls, safety standards, and best practices.
