Role Overview
Join a leading FMCG organization in Dubai as a high-calibre Finance Manager.
Work closely with senior leadership across financial expertise, business partnering, strategic analysis, performance management, and executive reporting.
Convert complex financial and business information into clear insights, presentations, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
FP&A and Business Performance
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and periodic business review processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs, profitability, working capital, and key business KPIs.
- Track actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and business plans, highlighting variances and underlying drivers.
- Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and evaluation of strategic business initiatives.
Reporting and Presentations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior leadership.
- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, charts, and business review decks.
