About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound bag intake from fulfillment hubs and delivery riders, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and timely processing
- Plan and optimize outbound delivery batches by allocating orders across riders and vans to maximize operational efficiency
- Coordinate internal van dispatch operations for hanger orders, ensuring timely allocation, efficient routing, and seamless order fulfillment
- Monitor dispatch performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and drive timely order fulfillment
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of orders, inventory, and dispatch records prior to handover to delivery teams
- Track failed deliveries, analyze root causes, and coordinate timely reattempts to maximize delivery success rates
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and generate performance reports to support operational visibility and continuous improvement
- Optimize route clustering and vehicle loading processes to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall dispatch performance
Requirements
- 4 8 years experience in logistics or dispatch operations
- Strong coordination and planning skills
- Experience in managing delivery teams preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced environment

What You'll Do
