- Lead and manage the logistics team, setting clear standards for performance, record keeping, and accountability
- Own the full logistics operation: fleet movement, scheduling, servicing, and documentation across Qatar and KSA
- Build, implement, and enforce proper logistics processes, controls, and reporting
- Ensure accurate, complete records are maintained for all fleet activity, movements, and jobs
- Oversee vehicle servicing, inspections, FAHES, Istimara, and registration compliance across the fleet
- Manage logistics costs and provide clear, data based reporting to management
- Coordinate closely with the workshop, procurement, users, and senior management
- Identify weaknesses in the current operation and drive improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of logistics or fleet experience, with at least 3 in a management role
- Proven ability to run a logistics function and manage a team to a high standard
- Strong track record of building processes, controls, and reporting
- Practical knowledge of fleet operations and Qatar vehicle processes (FAHES, Istimara, Woqod, registration)
- Strong command of reporting and data, able to track, analyze, and present logistics performance
- Experience managing logistics for a heavy equipment, construction, or industrial operation is a strong advantage
- High level of ownership, integrity, and professional judgment
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred

Job Overview
- United Equipment Group, an established heavy equipment and contracting company operating across Qatar and KSA, is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and strengthen our logistics function.
- This is a senior role for someone who can take full ownership of logistics operations, that includes managing the team, building proper processes and controls, and ensuring the entire fleet and movement operation runs to a high standard across multiple sites.
