- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: network, servers, email, and end user systems
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and regularly backed up, and resolve issues proactively
- Provide IT support to users across offices and sites, resolving hardware and software issues
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and IT security controls
- Manage and maintain CCTV, hardware, and IT setup across locations
- Implement and maintain IT security and data protection measures
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system configurations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role
- Solid knowledge of networks, servers, and IT infrastructure administration
- Experience with system backups, IT security, and user/access management
- Knowledge of network and CCTV setup and troubleshooting
- Practical, methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the IT function
- Valid QID with transferable visa / NOC preferred

Overview
- United Equipment Group, an established heavy equipment and contracting company operating across Qatar and KSA, is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT operations across the business.
- This is a hands on role for someone who keeps systems, networks, and infrastructure running reliably and securely, and provides dependable IT support across our offices and sites.
