Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, documentation, and offboarding for a workforce across multiple sites in Qatar and KSA
- Ensure all HR practices, contracts, and disciplinary actions fully comply with Qatar Labour Law
- Maintain accurate, audit ready personnel records and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and end of service calculations
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances professionally and lawfully
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and proper documentation standards
- Supervise and support HR staff, and coordinate with department managers across the organization
- Manage visa, QID, and government related processes in coordination with the PRO
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory or senior HR role
- Strong, practical knowledge of Qatar Labour Law
- Proven ability to build and maintain proper HR documentation and systems
- Experience managing HR for a multi site or blue collar/industrial workforce is a strong advantage
- High level of integrity and professional judgment
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Valid QID with transferable visa / NOC preferred

Overview
- United Equipment Group, an established heavy equipment and contracting company operating across Qatar and KSA, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and strengthen our human resources function.
- This is a hands on supervisory role for someone who can both run day to day HR operations and raise the standard of how the function works, including building proper processes/policies, ensuring full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, and bringing discipline to documentation and record keeping.

- Ensure all HR practices, contracts, and disciplinary actions fully comply with Qatar Labour Law

- High level of integrity and professional judgment. Able to handle confidential matters and apply policy fairly and lawfully
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
