Role Purpose
Lead and coordinate vehicle logistics operations across ROX UAE.
Manage vehicle movement, storage, preparation, and delivery between ports, yards, showrooms, service centers, and customer delivery locations.
Manage logistics partners, transportation activities, vehicle inventory movement, import coordination, and operational timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily automotive logistics operations and monitor vehicle arrivals, transfers, storage, preparation, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate vehicle inventory, location, movement, and stock reconciliation records.
- Plan transportation schedules and monitor inbound shipments, customs clearance, collection, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor logistics costs, storage fees, supplier invoices, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, transporters, shipping companies, customs brokers, and storage facilities.
- Establish procedures for vehicle receiving, inspection, handover, transfer, dispatch, documentation, and controls.
