Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Provide accurate information on vehicles, services, appointments, and customer requests
- Record and follow up on customer complaints, concerns, and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure requests are completed and satisfaction levels are maintained
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant department or management
- Support customer satisfaction surveys and service quality initiatives
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and premium level of communication at all times
- Protect confidential customer and company information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within the automotive, retail, hospitality, or premium service sectors
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
