ROLE PURPOSE
As an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for ROX UAE in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring an efficient and professional hiring experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer and onboarding coordination.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Support recruitment across sales, aftersales, service center, operations, marketing, finance, and corporate functions.
- Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, and hiring follow-ups.
- Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation when required.
