- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations
- Schedule shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods
- Coordinate with customers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and drivers
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics reports
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock availability
- Resolve transportation issues, delivery delays, and customer inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and transportation regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of freight coordination, shipment tracking, and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of UAE logistics and transportation regulations is an advantage
