Job Duties

• Build and manage loads in the LG Transportation Management System.
• Verify load consolidation and maximize trailer utilization.
• Consolidate loads by region and carrier to reduce transportation costs.
• Tender loads to carriers and warehouses on time.
• Handle load tender issues as the first point of contact.
• Respond promptly to group email inquiries.
• Review daily transportation reports for consolidation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide accurate administrative support and complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
• Escalate carrier-related issues to the Manager.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

• One to three years of customer service environment experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, are required.
• JDA experience is preferred.
• Third-party logistics experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
• The candidate must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• The candidate must work effectively under pressure and contribute as a team player.

Working Hours

• Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Salary

• The listed salary range is $25 CAD to $25 CAD.
