The Logistics Coordinator supports transportation and logistics operations across a global logistics network.
The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, service quality, and efficient goods movement.
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate goods movement by optimizing delivery routes and schedules.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers and address operational issues.
- Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates.
- Resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Maintain shipment, invoice, and tracking records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies.
- Improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Previous dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and interact effectively across organizational levels.
- Fluency in English and Korean is an asset.
Employment and Salary
- Employment type is contract, with an end date of March 31, 2028.
- Salary range is $45,000 CAD to $52,000 CAD.
