Responsibilities
- Coordinate international import & export shipments and local distribution
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, customs brokers, and 3PL warehouses
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation
- Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Support freight bookings and transport scheduling
- Obtain freight quotations and coordinate logistics service providers
- Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics documentation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Experience in international import/export logistics
- Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations
- Strong documentation and record keeping skills
- Ability to liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs

Job Purpose
- Coordinate international and domestic logistics operations across Dashmesh International and its group companies, ensuring the efficient movement of goods through company warehouses, third party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, customs authorities, and transport partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international import & export shipments and local distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, customs brokers, and 3PL warehouses.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations.
