Role Overview
The employer is seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
The role focuses on medical-device shipments, inventory movement, logistics providers, compliance, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.
- Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP requirements for handling, storage, and transport of medical devices.
- Oversee shipment planning, tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses, and customers.
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team on accurate picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through data-driven insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead or participate in logistics projects, including system upgrades, vendor evaluations, and SOP development.
