About the Role
Support sales, reservation, and leasing activities while coordinating customer inquiries and tenant-related matters.
Maintain accurate records, timely follow-ups, and a professional customer and tenant experience.
Sales and Customer Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers, clients, and leads to convert inquiries into bookings or leasing opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and delivery.
Reservations
- Handle reservation requests, confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and related communication.
- Coordinate availability and booking details with relevant departments.
- Update reservation information accurately in the system.
- Follow up on pending reservations, payments, and confirmations.
- Maintain documentation and records of reservations.
