Kinetics Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support logistics operations with a strong focus on customer order processing and fulfillment. The role is responsible for coordinating orders, deliveries, documentation, and communication with customers and internal
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process customer orders while ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and pending requirements while providing timely updates to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, order-related requests, and delivery follow-ups professionally.
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other logistics-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, stock, and delivery records within ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock availability, deliveries, samples, and order requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and supplier requirements to ensure timely completion.
- Support order tracking, reporting, and day-to-day logistics administration.
