About the Role
The Finance Controller and Reporting Manager will oversee multi-entity financial operations across group entities.
The role focuses on accurate reporting, strong internal controls, cash flow discipline, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial closing, including journals, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Prepare management reports, intercompany reconciliations, and expense allocations.
- Monitor project and division profitability and report variances.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, receivables, payables, and treasury operations.
- Ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance and coordinate external audits.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy and internal control adherence.
- Implement process improvements and ERP or system enhancements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and commercial information.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required.
- ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
- Eight to twelve years of finance and accounting experience is required.
- Four to five years of UAE experience is preferred.
- Multi-entity financial reporting and monthly closing experience is required.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments is preferred.
- Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills are required.
Experience Requirements
- Eight years of cash flow, treasury, and compliance experience is required.
- Eight years of ERP and reporting experience is required.
- Eight years of multi-entity financial management experience is required.
