Overview
Support daily human resource operations, recruitment coordination, and employee administration.
Assist with HR processes, maintain employee records, and support smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Assist with CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Prepare HR documents and coordinate payroll-related data.
- Handle basic HR queries and support employee engagement activities.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and UAE Labour Law is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
