About the Role
Silverline Construction and Machinery Rental LLC seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage fleet operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure timely delivery of equipment. The role requires 2+ years of construction or equipment rental logistics experience, proficiency in Hindi/Urdu and Malayalam, and a UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
- Controlling the vehicles, managing, tracking and coordinating fleet management
- Ensuring the delivery arrangement of vehicles as per operational schedule
- Reporting breakdowns, maintenance issues to Maintenance team
- Coordinating and preparing schedules of drivers in sync with fleet management
- Checking and reporting the fleet documentation activities with admin/accounts team
- Monitoring driver licence status, reporting fines/penalties to HR team
- Ensuring timely checkouts and check in of vehicles into the yard
- Quality control activities of delivery of equipments in coordination with HSE
- Record management of all delivery activities in coordination with operations department
Requirements
- Minimum of two years construction or equipment rental logistics operations experience
- Proficiency in Hindi or Urdu and Malayalam
- Good computer skills to record fleet management
- Knowledge in fleet management
- Good disciplinary skills
- UAE Driving License

Key Responsibilities
- Controlling the vehicles, managing, tracking and coordinating fleet management
- Ensuring the delivery arrangement of vehicles as per operational schedule

Skills and Qualifications
