Role Overview
The Logistics Coordinator manages logistics operations, accounts-related tasks, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
The role supports inventory, transportation, documentation, financial records, vendor performance, and logistics reporting.
Inventory and Supply Chain
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure stock availability.
- Track shipments and manage logistics documentation.
Transportation and Distribution
- Plan and schedule transportation of goods for timely delivery.
- Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
Cost and Reporting
- Analyze logistics operations and suggest improvements to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain shipment, financial transaction, and vendor performance records.
- Generate periodic reports on accounts and logistics activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, finance, or logistics coordination, including 0–1 year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial record-keeping and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
