Role Overview

Sales and Commercial Operations

• Prepare, review, and organize sales proposals, commercial quotations, purchase orders, and job files.
• Maintain accurate digital job files for internal reporting and auditing.
• Coordinate sales, technical, and engineering teams so documentation aligns with client deliverables and timelines.

Logistics and Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics providers and supply chain teams to manage order fulfillment and timely service or equipment delivery across the GCC.
• Act as the administrative contact for suppliers regarding stock levels, purchase orders, and inventory inquiries.

GCC Tax Compliance

• Maintain compliance with KSA VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
• Verify UAE VAT treatment, cross-border invoicing, and export documentation.
• Track Qatar commercial documentation and assist with tax and e-invoicing readiness.
