- **Shipment Coordination & Tracking:** Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments, as well as coordinating with third-party service providers.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitoring inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and inspecting incoming/outgoing goods for accuracy.
- **Documentation & Reporting:** Preparing bills of lading, packing lists, and managing digital databases to track shipment details.
- **Customer Service:** Communicating with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and resolving delivery issues.
- **Operational Support:** Assisting warehouse staff with loading, unloading, and organizing shipments, while following safety standards. Betterteam +7
Common Qualifications
Most positions require a high school diploma or GED, with many requiring at least three years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related role.
Proficiency in logistics software (such as SAP) is commonly required for tracking and data entry.
Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED2,800.00 per hour
