Role Overview
Support water supply, lodging furniture moves, and linen services for personnel housed at ADAB.
Supervise water delivery operations, lodging inventory, furniture logistics, and related customer requests.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain stock levels and replenishment schedules for lodging supplies and equipment.
- Store, inventory, order, assemble, break down, deliver, and install lodging furniture and equipment.
- Oversee water deliveries, delivery requests, storage areas, inventory, and replenishment documentation.
- Coordinate truck escorts and ensure delivery vehicles are escorted on and off the base.
- Rotate water pallets, inspect deliveries, maintain sanitation, and coordinate water testing.
- Schedule deliveries for 110 facilities and respond to pickup and delivery requests within required timeframes.
- Maintain delivery-point cleanliness and return empty pallets to the vendor.
- Assist with lodging reservations, personnel processing, and customer work orders.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Forklift, boom lift, and prior military heavy-equipment experience are preferred.
- A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
