Role Overview
ABB is seeking an experienced Local Division Manager to lead Electrification Services operations across the UAE and Oman.
The role reports to the ELSE Cluster Manager for the Middle East and Africa and combines strategic leadership with operational execution.
Workplace and Employment

- The position contributes to Electrification Services in the UAE and covers operations across the UAE and Oman.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement global strategy locally and contribute to regional strategy.
- Develop growth plans for domestic and allocated markets.
- Own P&L accountability and drive profitable growth.
- Set performance targets and conduct achievement reviews with corrective actions.
- Build service strategies and maintain consistent delivery standards.
- Monitor quality metrics and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop key customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
- Lead direct and indirect reports and develop high-performing teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, HSE compliance, and sustainability.
- Oversee projects against schedule, quality, financial, and customer outcomes.
