Role Overview
The Sales Manager supports ABB India’s Electrification Smart Buildings business in Pune, Maharashtra.
The role manages sales of low-voltage switchgear products and develops new opportunities in the building segment.
Workplace
- The work model is onsite.
- The role is based in Pune and supports Pune and surrounding areas.
Sales Responsibilities
- Manage sales and business development for low-voltage switchgear and final distribution products.
- Achieve sales targets for order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales plans, review status regularly, and propose recovery plans for potential shortfalls.
- Prepare timely offers and manage leads and opportunities in SFDC.
- Generate profitable sales through effective sales processes.
- Collect due payments and other sales-related liabilities on time.
- Identify new opportunities, develop market potential, and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with a full-time qualification is required.
