• We're looking for an experienced Loans/Agency Documentation Specialist to join a high-performing lending operations team, supporting syndicated and bilateral loan transactions from approval through to funding.
• This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in loan administration, loan documentation, agency operations, or lending fulfilment, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with front office, legal, credit and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• · Review and validate loan and security documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
• · Manage documentation, due diligence and collateral perfection activities to support successful loan closings.
• · Review facility agreements and supporting legal documentation prepared by external counsel.
• · Support loan booking, funding and ongoing documentation management activities.
• · Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Loan Administrators, Legal Counsel and Agency Management to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• · Maintain accurate records, controls and audit trails throughout the lending lifecycle.
• · Contribute to quality assurance activities and help drive operational excellence across the team.
