Litigation Attorney, Tennessee

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active admission to the Tennessee Bar

5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law

Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills

Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Tennessee laws, regulations, and procedures required

Must be located in or near the State of Tennessee

Strong communication skills—written and verbal

Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed

Active Admission to one or more districts of Tennessee Federal Court

Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume environment

Comfort with ambiguity and evolving systems

Experience in legal, professional services, or client-centric organizations
