About the Role

Responsibilities
- Execute product strategy for LMS pillars (Deposits & Investments, Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration, Balance Sheet Management) across MEP region
- Achieve and oversee revenue targets and profitability for LMS product suite
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and client needs
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to implement new products or enhance existing ones
- Map out local regulations and ensure compliance
- Author product and business requirements/user stories
- Maintain product documentation, capability grids, policies, and procedures
- Act as subject matter expert for LMS products, providing guidance and training to sales team
- Participate in client meetings to represent product and gather feedback
- Manage product risk and control, documentation, credit, legal, and regulatory risk
Requirements
- Senior candidate with strong background in product management, product development, project management, risk & controls
- Deep understanding of financial services and associated business processes
- Experience in managing product lifecycle and defining business requirements

Role Overview
- Drive product management agenda within Middle East and Pakistan (MEP) region including UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan
- Manage end to end product life cycle for Liquidity Management Services products
- Own product strategy, definition, development, and execution
- Build and prioritize product backlog, define business requirements, manage associated business processes, risks, and controls
- Report to MEA LMS Head and partner with Sales, Technology, Operations, and Risk & Controls teams

- Assist with ongoing performance and maintenance of product set
- Represent customer needs and provide strategic direction on product development
- Manage proactive product risk and control, documentation, credit, legal, and regulatory risk
