- Review CitiGold customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage to validate understanding
- Advise customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling fee based products
- Review product penetration and identify potential customers for tailored products
- Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning
- Organize customer events to enhance bonding
- Acquire new CitiGold customers through converting referral leads
- Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to
- Assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking
- Previous relevant experience in client relationship management
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships
