Job Summary
We are looking for an **ADNOC-approved Lifting Supervisor** to oversee and control all lifting operations on-site, ensuring compliance with ADNOC safety standards and project requirements.
The role involves supervising lifting teams, ensuring safe practices, and coordinating with relevant personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all lifting activities in accordance with ADNOC lifting procedures.
- Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Verify that lifting plans are properly implemented on-site.
- Coordinate with the Appointed Person, crane operators, and riggers.
- Conduct pre-lift briefings (Toolbox Talks) with the lifting team.
- Inspect lifting equipment and ensure valid certifications are in place.
- Monitor site conditions (ground stability, weather, obstructions) before and during lifting.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to HSE requirements.
- Stop any unsafe lifting activity immediately.
- Maintain records of lifting operations and daily reports.
Requirements
- ADNOC-approved Lifting Supervisor certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in oil & gas projects.
- Strong understanding of lifting procedures, rigging practices, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and follow lifting plans and method statements.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification (minimum).
- Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (ADNOC approved).
- Additional safety training (HSE, First Aid) is an advantage.
