About the Role
Infotech Electromechanical is seeking a Rigger Level 3 to plan, supervise, and execute complex lifting and rigging operations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires leading rigging teams, ensuring compliance with lifting plans, and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute complex and critical lifts
- Prepare, review, and approve lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements
- Supervise and guide Rigger Level 1 & 2 personnel
- Inspect, select, and certify appropriate rigging gear and lifting equipment
- Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and engineers
- Ensure lifts comply with company procedures, international standards, and local regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Identify hazards and implement control measures
- Stop unsafe lifting operations when required
- Maintain accurate rigging and lifting records
- Mentor junior riggers and promote safe work culture
Requirements
- Valid Rigger Level 3 certification
- Minimum 5 7 years rigging experience
- Strong knowledge of load calculations, center of gravity, sling angles & capacities, and crane charts
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Physically fit and medically cleared for site work
- Fluent in site working language (spoken & written)

Job Summary
- The Rigger Level 3 is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing complex lifting and rigging operations. This role leads rigging teams, ensures compliance with lifting plans, and maintains the highest safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities
