About the Role

- Enter and maintain data accurately in SAP ERP modules
- Create, update, and process Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders, and Job Cards in SAP
- Verify data accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, operations, and finance teams for data validation
- Monitor and track order status, material movements, and job progress within SAP
- Generate reports and extract data from SAP as required by management
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to SAP transactions
- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or missing information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ERP data management procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems
- Good knowledge of SAP modules related to procurement, sales, and operations
- Understanding of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Job Cards/Work Orders, and Material Management processes
- Ability to enter and manage data accurately within SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Job Summary
- Seeking a detail oriented SAP ERP Data Entry Executive with hands on experience with SAP ERP.

- Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within SAP modules while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
