About the Role
We are recruiting a Lift Technician for service and maintenance of elevators and escalators in Dubai. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical repairs, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Carry out all assigned electrical, mechanical and maintenance works such as wiring, testing, troubleshooting, adjusting, and preventive maintenance
- Execute efficiently all maintenance, troubleshooting and repair tasks as requested and according to company standards
- Identify proactively the parts to be replaced before getting damage & causing breakdown
- Adhere to all Sigma safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in carrying out preventive maintenance, measurement & mechanical adjustment of elevator/escalator components
- Ability to execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks according to company standards
- Proficiency in using measurement & testing devices such as ammeters and voltmeters and elevator diagnostic tools
- Able to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and familiar with fault finding principles
- Ability to work under stress and attend many breakdowns

Purpose
- The job holder is accountable to carry out all assigned electrical, mechanical and maintenance works such as wiring, testing, trouble shooting, adjusting, and preventive maintenance and ensure the quality of work done.
Responsibility
- Experience in carrying out the preventive maintenance, measurement & mechanical adjustment of the elevator / escalator component e.g. car & lading door, brake linings, etc.
- Execute efficiently all maintenance, trouble shooting and repair tasks as requested and according to company standards.
- Know how to use hands and measurements & testing devices such as ammeters and voltmeters and elevator diagnostic tool.
- Preferred experience in test and commissioning.
- Able to read and understand the electrical wiring diagram and familiar with the fault findings principals & allocating the malfunction component e.g. brakes, motors, switches, signals and control systems using test equipment’s.
- Identify proactively the parts to be replaced before getting damage & causing breakdown. Able to work under stress and attending many breakdowns.
- Adhere to all Sigma safety guidelines and procedures.
