- Mix and serve drinks, creating memorable and unique experiences for guests
- Stay updated on new trends, micro local offerings, and guests' evolving needs
- Take ownership of guest service beyond the bar, acting as host of the space
- Ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly
- Build relationships with hotel staff and the community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs
- Handle cash transactions and provide information to guests
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Use knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly.
- Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
- Handle money, provide information to guests, and ensure drink quality.
Critical Success Factors
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds.
- Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: None.
- License or Certification: None.
