Responsibilities
- Monitor all aquatic areas to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, administering First Aid, CPR, or oxygen when required
- Enforce safety rules and operational procedures with consistency and professionalism
- Assist guests courteously with information and ensure proper use of aquatic facilities
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness of assigned zones
- Participate in daily training and readiness drills to maintain fitness and emergency response skills
- Report incidents accurately and follow all operational reporting procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe and positive guest experience
Requirements
- High School Certificate or Diploma
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within aquatic environments
- Certified in Lifeguard Training
- BLS and O2 Administration Certification
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
