Lifeguard (Residencial property)

Main Responsibilities: Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure the safety of all residents and guests Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas Ensure rescue and lifesaving equipment is always in proper working condition Assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner Report maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly Maintain daily logs and incident reports as required Support management in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment Job requirements Candidate profile: Valid Lifeguard certification CPR and First Aid certification mandatory Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a residential, hospitality, or leisure environment preferred Strong swimming and rescue skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations Flexible with working hours and shifts
