- Develop and execute lifecycle and retention strategies to maximize LTV and reduce churn across subscription based brands
- Own client relationships as the main strategic point of contact for retention marketing initiatives
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys including email/SMS automations, segmentation, and retention flows in tools like Klaviyo
- Conduct cohort and customer behavior analyses to identify trends and retention opportunities
- Manage retention calendars and campaign planning across multiple client accounts
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve retention outcomes
- Collaborate with CRM specialists, designers, and copywriters to execute high impact campaigns
- Lead retention projects end to end, ensuring timely delivery and strong performance results
- Continuously monitor industry trends in subscription commerce and lifecycle marketing to inform strategy
- Strengthen long term client relationships and contribute to account growth and retention
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or similar roles
- Strong expertise in Klaviyo (flows, automations, segmentation, reporting, and lifecycle strategy)
- Proven ability to conduct cohort analysis and derive insights from customer behavior data
- Experience working with e commerce, DTC, or subscription based brands
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent client facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with subscription platforms such as ReCharge, Skio, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of subscription commerce and customer lifecycle marketing principles
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
