About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer for Base Maintenance to perform routine maintenance and defect rectification on Airbus A380, A350, and Boeing 777 aircraft. Requires 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years as certifying staff and at least two aircraft type approvals.

- Carry out aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks in compliance with manufacturer and safety procedures
- Ensure assigned zones/aircraft are maintained per latest revisions of approved technical publications
- Ensure personal approvals/licences are valid and applicable to aircraft types
- Handle off aircraft tasks such as spares handling, robberies, hold items in compliance with procedures
- Determine if tooling/equipment is serviceable and use specialized tooling where required
- Carry out component changes as part of troubleshooting or as directed by supervisor
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety rules and regulations and report deficiencies
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless information flow
- Manage performance of staff using performance review process and system
- Attend training/recurrent modules to enhance skills and comply with CAR 145
Requirements
- Degree/Honors (12+3) in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Avionics, Electronic, or Technical Engineering, or a Maintenance Engineering Licence
- Minimum 10 years of Engineering experience, with 5+ years as certifying staff (for TE.03 level)
- Minimum of 2 aircraft type approvals with at least one of the Emirates aircraft types (A380, A350, or B777)
- Preferred GCAA, UK CAA or EASA license eligible for conversion
- Fully conversant with Air Legislation and legal matters related to aircraft maintenance

Job Purpose
