Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the legal team in managing tenant related legal matters
- Handle and resolve disputes involving problematic tenants through negotiation and legal procedures
- Draft, review, and manage legal notices, agreements, and related documentation
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders when required
- Monitor legal cases and ensure timely follow up and resolution
- Prepare legal reports, case summaries, and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain accurate records of legal cases, tenant disputes, and settlements
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend appropriate actions
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field
- Proven experience in legal operations, property management, or tenant dispute resolution
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and record management
- Ability to handle difficult and problematic tenants professionally and effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Arabic (Required)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Team Leader to oversee legal operations, manage tenant related matters, and support the team in resolving complex cases.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to effectively handle problematic tenants while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
