About the Role
Rocky Real Estate is seeking an Arabic/English Translator for its Legal Department to accurately translate legal and real estate documents. The role requires 3-5 years of professional translation experience, preferably in a legal or real estate setting, and native proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Translate legal, contractual, and real estate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Review and proofread translated documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper legal terminology
- Translate sales and purchase agreements, lease agreements, MOUs, powers of attorney, legal notices, court documents, and regulatory correspondence
- Assist the Legal Department in preparing bilingual contracts and legal documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information
- Coordinate with lawyers, legal advisors, and other departments to clarify terminology and document requirements
- Ensure translations comply with local laws, regulations, and company standards
- Maintain translation databases, glossaries, and legal terminology references
- Support meetings by providing interpretation services when required
- Assist with document filing, record management, and legal administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Law, Arabic Language, English Language, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional translation experience, preferably within a Legal Department or Real Estate company
- Proven experience translating legal contracts and real estate documentation
- Native or near native proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of legal and real estate terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Law, Arabic Language, English Language, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional translation experience, preferably within a Legal Department or Real Estate company.
- Proven experience translating legal contracts and real estate documentation.
- Professional certification in translation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate laws and legal terminology is preferred.
