- Handle all legal matters related to real estate and property management
- Manage and represent the company in Rental Dispute Centre (RDC) cases
- Oversee legal aspects of flat handovers and property possession
- Handle landlord and tenant disputes, including legal notices and settlements
- Attend court hearings and represent the company before relevant authorities
- Visit courts, RDC, and other government departments as required
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, tenancy contracts, notices, and settlement agreements
- Provide legal advice to management on UAE real estate laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
- Minimize legal risks and recommend practical legal solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in real estate litigation, property management, or in house legal practice
- Proven experience handling RDC cases, tenancy disputes, and property related litigation
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and tenancy regulations
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving license

Job Summary
- Seeking an experienced In House Legal Counsel to manage all legal matters related to real estate and property management operations.
- Ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong experience in property disputes, tenancy matters, RDC cases, flat handovers, and court proceedings in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
