Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to real estate transactions (sales, leases, mortgages, etc.)
- Support legal due diligence for property acquisitions and financing deals
- Conduct research on UAE laws and regulations, particularly related to real estate, banking, and finance
- Liaise with Dubai Land Department, financial institutions, and other regulatory bodies
- Maintain organised legal files and transaction records
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external counsel and consultants when required
- Monitor deadlines, key dates, and legal obligations to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline; a Paralegal certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in the UAE, with a focus on real estate and/or finance law
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate law, including property registration, escrow, tenancy laws, and DIFC regulations
- Familiarity with UAE financial legal frameworks, including banking, lending, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in English

Role Overview

Location / Compensation
- Dubai, UAE — part time / freelance / ad hoc basis. Compensation to be discussed based on experience and scope.
