KSA national with 3-6 years' post‑qualification legal experience Strong background in commercial, corporate, or transactional law Excellent written and spoken English, with international exposure Comfortable working in a lean team with limited templates or precedent Able to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and intense workloads Pragmatic, resilient, and commercially minded Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability across a broad legal remit
