- Perform legal research and prepare simple legal studies for committees
- Draft ZATCA legal lawsuit management policies, guidelines, and standard model forms
- Assist in identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of legal systems
- Develop templates for lawsuit management services
- Assist in developing negotiating strategy for legal cases
- Handle continuous update of lawsuit management database systems
- Conduct preliminary evaluations to determine severity and urgency of litigation cases
- Assist in representation of ZATCA before judicial bodies
- Prepare settlements to negotiate with employees and external entities
- Archive judgments from lawsuits won by ZATCA
- Search for outsourced legal experts for additional advice
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in legal research and lawsuit management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of legal procedures and policies
