About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare legal research and studies on legislation and regulations related to the college and analyze their legal impact
- Provide accurate legal recommendations to support the office manager in strategic decision making
- Review and draft contracts and memoranda of understanding to ensure legal soundness and protect the college's interests
- Evaluate proposed decisions and policies from departments before approval and analyze potential legal risks
- Monitor new laws and regulations and analyze their impact on internal policies and procedures
- Prepare legal memos and supporting documents for disciplinary committees and grievances
- Assist in preparing legal risk analysis reports related to college activities and contracts
- Contribute to organizing workshops and legal awareness courses for employees on compliance and regulations
- Archive and save contracts, correspondence, and legal files in electronic systems
- Prepare periodic reports on legal performance and institutional compliance level for the office manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law accredited by the Ministry of Education
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the legal field, including 3 years in a government or educational entity
- UAE nationality (required)

المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد بحوث ودراسات حول التشريعات واللوائح المتعلقة بالكلية وتحليل أثرها القانوني
- تقديم توصيات قانونية دقيقة لدعم مدير المكتب في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية
- مراجعة وصياغة العقود ومذكرات التفاهم لضمان سلامتها القانونية وحماية مصالح الكلية
- تقييم القرارات والسياسات المقترحة من الإدارات قبل اعتمادها وتحليل المخاطر القانونية المحتملة
- رصد القوانين واللوائح الجديدة وتحليل أثرها على السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية
- إعداد المذكرات القانونية والوثائق الداعمة للجان التأديبية والتظلمات
- المساعدة في إعداد تقارير تحليل المخاطر القانونية المتعلقة بأنشطة الكلية والعقود
- المساهمة في تنظيم ورش عمل ودورات توعية قانونية للموظفين حول الالتزام والأنظمة
- حفظ وأرشفة العقود والمراسلات والملفات القانونية في الأنظمة الالكترونية
- إعداد تقارير دورية حول الأداء القانوني ومستوى الالتزام المؤسسي
المؤهلات والخبرات
- شهادة جامعية في القانون معتمدة من وزارة التربية والتعليم
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المجال القانوني منها 3 سنوات في جهة حكومية أو تعليمية
