Job Purpose
Review and draft contracts and agreement
Key Results Accountabilities
Work is distributed between senior and legal researcher as per the years of experience.
Maintain a database containing historical information about problems in agreements and contracts to prevent recurrence.
Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with RTA requirements and standards.
Provide legal opinions & views On contracts, agreements & MOUs.
Perform other related responsibilities related to the position as appropriate
Prepare legal correspondence & responses related to contracts &agreements.
Find best practices regarding contracts and agreement to improve RTA standards in contracts and agreements.
Draft agreements and contracts and get the approval of concerned Agency /Department that it is meeting their requirements.
Education
Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University , 0-2 years of experience.
