Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and marketing contracts
- Provide legal advice to global marketing teams, particularly on licensing and brand partnerships
- Manage and protect the global trademark portfolio, including registrations and enforcement
- Support compliance programmes and advise on risk management across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead or support dispute resolution matters across the EMEA region
- Contribute to strategic projects including new market entry and M&A activity
- Improve legal processes, templates, and deliver training to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 7 years PQE in house or within private practice
- Strong commercial legal experience, including exposure to intellectual property/trademarks
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working independently within a multicultural, international business
