Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various corporate and commercial agreements
- Provide legal guidance on UAE Labour Law matters, including employee disciplinary actions, investigations, employment disputes, and policy interpretation
- Draft legal notices, warning letters, investigation notices, settlement agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Support management in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance investigations
- Review and advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies whenever required
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various business matters
- Ensure company policies, contracts, and procedures remain compliant with UAE laws and best practices
- Support business units in risk assessment and mitigation of legal exposures
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and corporate documentation
- Participate in internal investigations and compliance reviews as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- UAE legal experience is mandatory
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience in corporate legal affairs, commercial contracts, and employment law
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and corporate regulations
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements independently
- Experience handling legal notices, disciplinary matters, and employment related documentation
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem solving abilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various corporate and commercial agreements, including: Service Agreements, Vendor and Supplier Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Lease Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Employment related
- Provide legal guidance on UAE Labour Law matters, including: Employee disciplinary actions, Investigations, Employment disputes, Policy interpretation and compliance.
- Draft legal notices, warning letters, investigation notices, settlement agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Support management in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance investigations.

Key Requirements
