- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Represent and assist clients in legal proceedings where applicable
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external parties
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, civil, property, real estate, and other legal matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver practical legal solutions
- Collaborate effectively with partners and other members of the legal team
