A Dubai law firm is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Legal Consultant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or legal consultancy.

- Provide legal advice and opinions to clients on a wide range of legal matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, civil, property, real estate, and other legal matters
- Review legal risks and provide practical legal solutions to clients
- Assist in structuring transactions and preparing legal documentation
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely legal support
- Collaborate with partners and other members of the legal team to deliver high quality legal services
- Ensure legal documents and advice comply with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification
- 3 5 years of post qualification legal experience in a law firm or legal consultancy
- All legal experience must have been gained in a law firm or legal consultancy (not in house)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
- UAE legal experience is an advantage
- Currently based in the UAE preferred

Requirements

- Mandatory: All legal experience must have been gained while working in a law firm or legal consultancy. Candidates with only in house legal department experience will not be considered.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
- UAE legal experience is an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
